Activis can support you in your website development using Direct News OPEN and Direct News Pro. All you have to do is choose the service that suits you.
Direct News Pro service packs include access to our technical support hotline, product support, configuration linked to bugs and general customer support.
Do you require complementary personalized support using Direct News OPEN or Pro? Activis can meet those requirements, whether it's linked to Direct News products, technical questions in order to optimize their usage, developing add-ons, advice or product feedback. All you have to do is subscribe to a number of service hours: 4,8,16 or 30 hours, valid from the date of order. The hotline is accessible if you have chosen a service pack or service hours.
The service is currently available in French and English via email, IM or telephone.

Choose the number of service hours to be credited: 4,8,16 or 30 hours. The aim here is to offer yourself the service you need to assist you in the use of Direct News Open and Pro. Your technical support credit will be deducted in 15 minute blocks.
